With a successful hybrid spaces already thriving in East Dulwich and in Sutton, we are excited to expand our offerings in Sutton with our new Rooftop Pavilion - spa and bar.
We are now set of creating more spaces that combine coworking, hospitality, wellness, and events — a holistic ecosystem that fosters creativity, productivity, and meaningful connections among like-minded individuals.

An rural retreat and hotel space - in touching distance of London but a place to unwind and reconnect with nature with rewilding at the heart of the location

The plan
We want to take things even further.
Our wellness offerings have been intrinsic to the success of Oru East Dulwich and are the manifestation of the values so intrinsic to the work we do here. Our approach to sustainability goes beyond our initiatives to minimise the impact we have on the planet, such as our sites being single use plastic-free, our installation of water-saving taps and plans to create wild areas throughout our buildings. We believe sustainability should also apply to the way we approach our working day and our own health, fostering habits and actions that are conducive to longevity and promoting mental, physical and social wellbeing.
We aspire to take wellness to the next level at Oru, building a rooftop spa, restaurant and events space, integrating these three areas with an approach rooted in innovation and responding to the zeitgeist of emerging health science.
